*An Initial Consultation is required of all new patients. That 90-minute appointment costs $199 due when the appointment is scheduled. The appointment will be scheduled after the patient completes comprehensive medical questionnaires.
*The standard annual plan includes 3 comprehensive lab panels, 3 sixty/ninety-minute lab reviews with the provider, one acute appointment, portal access, prescription management, referral management, unlimited 3D body comp measurements, an EKG and a metabolic breath test. Medications, supplements, and specialized labs are not included.
